L3PS provides complete turnkey systems designed to meet the production requirements of our customers.  Our systems are designed to provide a complete operating solution that integrates various technologies including:  electron beam linear accelerators, material handling systems, information and control systems, and process know-how, into an electron beam system to produce guaranteed results.  Our food irradiation systems are designed to initiate commercial product processing shortly after our timely completion of installation.

L-3 Pulse Sciences holds a number of US and foreign issued patents covering many areas of system design and operation specific to electron beam processing.  These patents provide L3PS with a strong foundation for protecting our technology, system design, and applications.  These patents are instrumental in determining product presentation to the electron beam, and allow us to offer the most efficient sterilization systems in the industry.  These patents also cover technology that allows us to achieve a very precise dose distribution throughout the target package.
