For large production runs, the patented SureTrack® control system can scan letters and flats from 570 kg/hr with Medium Power electron beam to 5,000 kg/hr using our High Power electron beam System. For smaller volumes, we offer the Precision Scan 500 which can process 90 kg/hr. Our solutions provide efficient and quick delivery of mail at a reasonable cost. Unlike other irradiation technologies, MailSafe's electronic Sanitization systems can switch quickly from one targeted dose to another.
MailSafe processing delivers a measurable and consistent dose throughout the mail. All processing parameters are monitored by the SureTrack Information and Documentation System.

MailSafe uses commercial electricity to generate and accelerate electrons to treat the mail. When turned off, no residual effects remain in the area or in the mail products. Electron beam facilities do not use radioactive material as an energy source. Therefore, there are no hazards of transporting, handling, or disposing of radioactive material or waste. Moreover, electron beam does not adversely affect CDs, videos, photographs, tapes, bubble wrap, or stamps.
The MailSafe system includes all components necessary for system operation: a source of electrons, a material handling system, computerized controls, and shielding. Titan can either provide a total operating team or train customer personnel. Moreover, we can design our system for in-line or off-site processing using patented electron beam or X-ray technologies. The MailSafe system is convenient and easy to incorporate into existing workflow processes.
