vendors, detailed knowledge of high voltage breakdown, pulsed
power manufacturing nuances, required current contact fidelity,
safety issues (pertaining to hardware, control hardware, and
control software), control design, and test facility set up.
This significantly reduces cost and schedule risk during design,
